Dr. Jerry Igwilo is a Tech enthusiast and finance professional with extensive professional experience in a multi-disciplinary team. He is a leader with humanity as his professed religion.
He is a highly accomplished and dedicated scholar with multiple degrees and qualifications including a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of South Africa,, and a Masters degree in Law from the University of Salford amongst very many others .
He is an entrepreneur at heart. He started his first business at the young impressionable age of 18, and two years later opened a new business and then ran the two businesses. Jerry believes a great leader builds the future by being an inspiration to others.
Chief of Staff
Omoniyi is a cybersecurity expert with over 20 years of experience. He has led teams to deliver complex project implementation across West Africa.
He has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. Due to his entrepreneurial streak, he has been involved in several businesses; building startups in haulage and undergarment retailing, turning Netplus Limited into a specialist cybersecurity company and leading it as a Director.
Mash as he is fondling called developed competences and garnered experiences across functions beyond the technology phase of business. At Mitera Health, Mash is responsible for optimising team productivity and welfare.
Head, Underwriting Department
Dr. Moyo is a very experienced Head of Underwriting with over 20 years of success in leading underwriting teams and managing complex risk portfolios. Proven ability to develop and implement effective underwriting strategies, assess risk, and ensure profitable growth.
Dr. Awoyokun has a Master of Business Administration, from the University of Warwick – Warwick Business School, obtained after he had earlier attained his MBChB, Medicine and Surgery from the Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile Ife, NIgeria.
He possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication abilities. Committed to driving underwriting excellence and contributing to the overall success of the organization
Head, Human Resources/Administration Department
Mojisola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Ogun State University and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management [SHRM]. She started her working career in 1997 at the Receiving Unit of the Procurement Department of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited an affiliate of Exxon Mobil.
She subsequently worked as a Manager Admin & Finance at Wilcox Foods, Horst Nigeria Ltd and EXi Telecommunications West Africa Ltd. In 2002, she joined McNair Nigeria Ltd as Manager Admin, HR & Projects before joining Port 2 Port West Africa in 2014.
She possesses significant experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR technology.. She displays active commitment to developing and implementing innovative HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational transformation.
Head of ICT
A Dynamic Head of ICT with over 15 years of experience in leading and managing information technology departments, Mr. Olayinka has a track record in driving digital transformation, optimizing IT operations, and delivering innovative technology solutions.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria.
My Olayinka is renowned for his substantial expertise in IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project management. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing IT teams, align technology with business objectives, and ensure operational efficiency and resilience.
Head, Health Services Department.
Dr. Boonyamin Ayotunde Oyeneyin is a qualified medical doctor, a chartered stockbroker, an internationally certified investment and management consultant, as well as a real estate expert and multiple award winning realtor who has always had a strong entrepreneurial spirit, the courage to think outside the box, and the zeal and passion to stand out and excel.
He got his first degree, MB.ChB. (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) from Obafemi Awolowo University (O.A.U.), Ile-Ife, Osun state, Nigeria in 2007.
He subsequently decided to forego medical specialization and pursue his dream of being a successful entrepreneur and investment expert by spending over 10 years specializing in finance and investment, and acquiring several local and international post graduate professional qualifications.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, an Internationally Certified Management Consultant, an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, United Kingdom, as well as a Chartered Stockbroker.
He qualified as a Certified Management Specialist with distinction in time management from London graduate school.
Dr. Boonyamin remains passionate about his first love (Medicine) and has over 15 years experience in the Health sector.
He is currently the Head of Health Services of Mitera Health.
He is also an ardent public speaker and gives regular health talk to the public on radio on health issues.
